Working in a variety of mediums I set out to expose the female figure. This is to show the breadth of my work and experience, while unifying it with my fascination of the form. I want to explore what makes a figure beautiful: is it color, line, contour, size, expression? How do we judge this? Is our mother more beautiful to us because she is our mother? Bordering on Abstract and Figurative, I seek to explore the boundaries between form and atmosphere. I wish to seek meaning in the abstraction of the nude, and find harmony in the de-sexed form.
